Awards & Accomplishments 2016-2017



The Panther Winterguard received straight Superior 1 rankings from all three judges 
at the Marching Auxiliaries National Championships on March 24th, 2017. 





Additionally, Katie Thomas (captain) and Tegan Konopka (lieutenant) received Superior 1 rankings on their Senior Officer Duet performance. 



This national competition was held at the Fort Worth Convention Center where over 1100 performances were judged over a span of two days. The Panther Winterguard members worked extremely hard this season and represented Quinlan proudly. Their achievements are a prime example of how hard work and dedication can lead to success.

The Panther Winterguard competed in the Marching Auxiliaries North Texas
Regional 4 Championships in Frisco on Saturday, February the 25th. 
They received Superior Division 1 ratings from all three judges!

Awards & Accomplishments 2015-2016


The Panther Winterguard competed in the North Texas Regional 3 Championships in Frisco on Saturday, February the 27th. The full guard scored a Superior Division 1 Rating! Additionally, the Senior Class Color Guard Ensemble also walked away with a Superior Division 1 Rating as well as 2nd Runner Up to Best in Class!

North East Texas Marching Invitational


On October 3rd, 2015 the Quinlan-Ford Panther Marching Band competed in the North East Texas Marching Invitational on the campus of Texas A&M University-Commerce where they earned a Division 1 rating from the judges.  This is the highest rating the marching band can receive at the contest.  Additionally, the Panther Color Guard received Best Color Guard in class 4A.  All the students in the Quinlan-Ford Panther Marching band worked very hard during the 2015 marching season to reach the highest level possible and perform with purpose and pride.  Their performance at the NETEX Marching Invitational was a great example and demonstration of uniformity, teamwork, pride, and high levels of achievement.
